I created this site to help homeowners in the DFW area find reliable and trustworthy contractors.

In 2022, I bought my home in DFW and was faced with multiple problems in nearly every trade. I contacted over 75 contractors to get estimates and quotes. My biggest project was installing two new air conditioners, but I wasn’t happy with any of the quotes I received. Either they were too expensive or of poor quality.

To find a solution, I expanded my search and contacted nearly two dozen businesses to get more quotes. I found that small businesses were often more valuable to work with, as they provided better customer service and more reasonable prices.

Through my personal experience and research, I realized that my knowledge and expertise could help other homeowners save money and avoid similar struggles. So, I started Dallas Pro List. The site has grown to include hundreds (and approaching thousands) of vetted businesses in the DFW area.
